Roasted Turnips with Sesame Tahini

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.

2. Place turnips, shallots, and sliced lemons in a 9 x 13 baking sheet. Lightly toss with coconut oil.

3. To the turnips add parsley, tarragon, garlic powder, salt and pepper; toss gently to combine.

4. Place butter pieces over the top.

5. Roast for about 25-30 mins or until tender. Give it a stir halfway through.

6. Remove from the oven. Garnish with half a lemon and Drizzle with the Sesame Tahini Dressing. Serve.
