Persimmons! Have you tried one? Have you tried one that wasn't ripe? If you have, you may approach this salad with understandable trepidation, but a perfectly ripe persimmon is an incredible flavor to add to any salad.

For those new to persimmons they have a very unique sweet flavor with floral notes. Soft in texture and absolutely delicious, they bring a burst of sweetness and freshness to every bite!

If persimmons aren’t your thing, this salad is extremely versatile and works with any combination of dried fruits, nuts, seeds, or cheeses.
