1 Fennel bulb
1 Ronde de nice squash
3 Dunja squash
1 Bunch of fresh dill
2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Slice the dunja squash and ronde de nice into small circular pieces
Slice the zucchini into long ribbons
Thinly slice the fennel bulb
Chop of a few tbsps of fresh dill
