Winter Salad

Directions

1. Bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil

2. Lower the heat and mixed in the coconut sugar
   

3. Stir and let cook for 3 minutes 

4. Turn the heat down and mix in the pecans 

5. Spread the pecans on a baking sheet lined with alumnion foil 

6. Bake for 10 minutes 

7. Add the salad ingredients together and top with apples, avocado, and pecans 

8. Drizzle with Red Wine Vinaigrette
