Using only 3 ingredients this recipe is the perfect party skewer. Combining fresh salmon and sweet mangoes with a brushing of Champagne Vinaigrette is a mix made in heaven.

Cut salmon and mango into desired shapes and sizes; place on skewer
Brush champagne vinaigrette onto skewers
Cook
Add skewers to grill and cook on high heat; cook each side for 5-7 minutes
