This low-fat, low-cal and satisfying salad is filled with textures and bursts of flavor.

It’s crunchy, refreshing, and will leave you feeling fabulous!

3 cups Kale
1/2 head Radicchio, cored and shredded
1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and cubed
1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp
DRESS IT UP DRESSING Apple Cider Vinaigrette


This salad is so easy to put together, yet still has a wonderful depth of flavors to keep your pallet happy!

Follow these couple of steps for salad success:

Rinse kale, chop roughly, and add to a bowl with two spoonfuls of Apple Cider Vinaigrette. Massage the kale until tender. Then thinly slice your kale, radicchio, and cube the apple. Add to the bowl, along with the almonds and feta. Simply mix all the ingredients together until salad is tossed to your liking!
