While at a food show recently, we were seated next to our friends Santé Crunchy Nuts and we dreamt of all the wonderful salads we could create with their wide assortment of flavored nuts and our clean dressings. So together we bring you the Berry Salad with Charred Brussels Sprouts and Santé Candied Nuts.
This salad is bursting with sweet summer flavors balanced perfectly by our show-stopping tangy Blackberry Vinaigrette and a sprinkle of crushed chili peppers for a fiery kick.
It's a salad that's both beautiful and bold, perfect for a light lunch, a refreshing side dish, or a show-stopping starter.

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 to 425°F
Place Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper (to taste).
Preheat sheet pan in oven. This will ensure the crispiest Brussels sprouts! Place Brussels sprouts on a (preheated) sheet pan and roast for 30 to 40 until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
Remove Brussels sprouts from oven and set aside to cool. Grab serving dish.
Add mixed greens to serving dish then top with Brussels sprouts, sliced strawberries, blackberries, and burrata cheese. Drizzle with Dress It Up Blackberry Vinaigrette and enjoy!
