1 bag of arugula
1/4 cup of shaved Brussels
2 green onion
2 tbsp of Blackberry Vinaigrette
Pass the Brussels sprouts through a food processor fitted with the thinnest slicing disc possible (or buy pre-shaved)
In a large bowl layer brussels and arugula
Chop and sprinkle spring onion
