Use store-bought or homemade naan flatbread, add your toppings, and bake. In 15-minutes you will have a perfect app or a delicious meal ready to devour.
For this recipe, we’re using some of our favorite greens to make a healthy and punchy flatbread! The thinly shaved zucchini slices, asparagus and jalapeño create a light, refreshing flatbread with a hit of spice. Finish with a Red Wine Vinaigrette drizzle to balance all the flavors into perfection.

Directions
Prep
Shave zucchini slices and chop jalapeño pepper
Chop asparagus - we just like using the tips
Assemble
Spread mozzarella onto naan bread
Layer zucchini slices, jalapeño and asparagus
Bake in oven at 400 for 15 minutes
Top with Red Wine Vinaigrette drizzle
Serve and enjoy!
