Ingredients
-
½ cup of Sesame Tahini
-
2 tbsp peanut butter
-
½ cup of unsalted peanuts
-
2 cloves of garlic
-
¼ - ½ cup of water
-
1 box of Nona Lim Ramen Noodle
-
2-3 sprigs of green onion
-
2 tbsp of peanuts - chopped for topping
Directions
Add Sesame Tahini dressing, peanuts, garlic, peanut butter, and water into blender to make the sauce. Slowly keep adding water until desired consistency.
Boil water and add in the Nona Lim Ramen packets. Follow instructions on the box to cook to perfection.
Mix noodles and peanut sauce - add in a tbsp of boiling water if the sauce is too thick. Serve and add chopped green onion and peanuts to top each dish.
Optional - add in some vegetables or a protein. We tried some spiralized kohlrabi, but cucumber, broccoli, or tofu would be a great addition as well!
